Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

UK Delivery

Free shipping on all orders over £30.

A flat rate of £3.75 applies to all UK orders under £30.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and usually arrive within 3 working days via Royal Mail tracked 48hr service.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

International Delivery

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship internationally, this is something we are working on for the near future.

Delays & Issues
We do our best to deliver on time, but delivery times are estimates. Couriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) please contact us at hello@raayy.com with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.
